Learning to maneuver a crane and handle such a unstable load as a heavy metal track is not an easy task. You can easily unbalance the crane or drop the rail in the wrong place so use all your sharp focus and refined reflexes to drop the rail in the designated place. The outskirts of the city are a sunny relaxing place with empty bu stops and chirping birds but you have a job to do to focus and be prepared to not get it right the first time.
